Сгенерирован just new-plugin __NAME__. Манифест — manifest.yaml.
Проверка: just validate-manifest plugins/__NAME__/manifest.yaml.
Запуск в dev (появится с App-Host, v3): just plugin-dev-run plugins/__NAME__.
