P7.3: watchdog-shturman.conf (system.conf.d: RuntimeWatchdogSec/RebootWatchdogSec —
дисциплина; реальный /dev/watchdog + MCU-backstop — HW/v0.4). shturman-savetime.service/
.timer — periodic fake-hwclock save в /data (~5 мин).
